MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責： 1. Evaluate the technical feasibility and cost of non-standard automation projects. Participate in the discussion and formulation of project solutions. 評估非標自動化項目的技術可行性和成本。參與項目方案的討論和制定。 2. Select electrical components and draw circuit diagrams independently. 獨立完成電氣元件的選型和電路圖的繪制。 3. Complete electrical assembly work independently. 獨立完成電氣裝配工作。 4. Write PLC and HMI programs, and complete machine commission independently. 獨立完成PLC和HMI程序的編寫，并且完成設備的調試。 5. Write and debug PC program and machine visual programs. 編寫和調試上位機和視覺程序。 6. Write and debug robot programs. 編寫和調試機器人程序. 7. Write machine operation manuals, inspection lists, maintenance item lists, and other machine related documents. 編寫設備操作手冊、點檢表、維護保養(yǎng)項目清單等設備相關文檔。 8. Implement project management, including project related schedule management, cost management, procurement management, communication management, risk management, conflict management, etc. 執(zhí)行項目管理，包括項目相關的進度管理、成本管理、采購管理、溝通管理、風險管理、沖突管理等。 9. Share your skills and project experience with other members of the department, maintenance department, or internal customers. Assist other members of the department in resolving issues encountered in the project. 分享自己的技能和項目經驗給部門其他成員，維修部門或者內部客戶。幫助部門其他成員解決項目中遇到的問題。 10. Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上級指派的其他任務。 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任職要求條件： Education & Major 學歷與專業(yè) College degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering / Automation or related. 大專及以上學歷，電氣工程或自動化相關專業(yè)。 Job Related Experience 相關工作經驗 At least 3 years of experience in electrical and PLC programming design for non-standard automation machines 至少3年以上的非標自動化機器電氣設計和PLC編程經驗。 Total Working Experience整體工作經驗 At least 3 years of work experience. 至少3年以上工作經驗。 Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知識 Siemens PLC and HMI programming; 西門子PLC和HMI編程能力； Electrical circuit diagrams drawing by E-plan; 使用E-plan軟件繪制電路圖； Robot programming is a plus; 機器人編程是一個加分項； C#/C++/VB/Labview programming is a plus; C#/C++/VB/Labview編程是一個加分項； Machine vision programming, such VisionPro or Halcon is a plus. 機器視覺編程，比如VisionPro或者Halcon是一個加分項。 Others 其他 Be able to use both oral and written English for technical and project communication; 能夠使用口頭和書面英語進行技術和項目溝通； Proficient in using Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc. 熟練使用Office辦公軟件,包括Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive等。 Have good presentation and communication skills, be able to present technical solutions and explain technical issues to non-professionals. 具有良好的表達和溝通能力，能向非專業(yè)人士展示技術方案，說明技術問題。 Have good coordination skills, able to coordinate internal department, supplier, and internal customer resources to advance project progress. 具有良好的協(xié)調能力，為推進項目進展，能夠協(xié)調部門內部，供應商和內部客戶資源。 Ability to scientifically and systematically analyse and solve problems. 具有科學和系統(tǒng)地分析和解決問題的能力。 Have the ability to quickly learn new knowledge and technologies, and be able to quickly master new skills through self-learning or training when a project requires new technologies, and use them in the project to meet project requirements. 具備快速地學習新知識和技術的能力，當項目需要新的技術時能夠通過自我學習或培訓快速掌握新技能并且在項目中使用，完成項目的要求。 |
